Product Brief
304 stainless steel is a common material in stainless steel, with a density of 7.93 g / cm3, also known as 18 / 8 stainless steel in the industry. High temperature resistance 800 ℃, with good processing performance and high toughness, is widely used in industry, furniture decoration industry and food and medical industry.
304 is a kind of universal stainless steel, which is widely used to make equipment and parts requiring good comprehensive performance (corrosion resistance and formability). In order to maintain the inherent corrosion resistance of stainless steel, the steel must contain more than 18% chromium and more than 8% nickel. 304 stainless steel is a brand of stainless steel produced according to American ASTM standard.
Application scope
304 stainless steel is the most widely used chromium nickel stainless steel. As a widely used steel, it has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties. It has good hot working properties such as stamping and bending, and no heat treatment hardening phenomenon (use temperature - 196 ℃ ~ 800 ℃). It is resistant to corrosion in the atmosphere. If it is an industrial atmosphere or heavily polluted area, it needs to be cleaned in time to avoid corrosion. Suitable for food processing, storage and transportation It has good machinability and weldability Plate heat exchanger, corrugated pipe, household products (Class 1 and 2 tableware, cabinet, indoor pipeline, water heater, boiler, bathtub), auto parts (windshield wiper, muffler, mold products), medical appliances, building materials, chemistry, food industry, agriculture, ship parts, etc. 304 stainless steel is a national recognized food grade stainless steel.
Processing technology
Etching method
The etching process is to screen print the acid resistant protective film on the surface of stainless steel, and then etch it with ferrous chloride to form an artistic pattern.
Spraying method
Spray color method is to spray color particles after screen printing to form pear skin surface and art pattern.
Technological process
The process of spray color art processing of stainless steel products is: stainless steel products → silk screen printing → etching → alkali treatment → silk screen printing → oxidation coloring → alkali treatment → finished products.
The process of etching art processing of stainless steel products is: stainless steel products → silk screen printing → etching → alkali treatment → oxidation coloring → finished products.
The chemical coloring method of stainless steel does not use pigments and dyes, but immerses stainless steel in heated concentrated chromium sulfate solution for chemical coloring, which is characterized by good food resistance. The ink used in this processing method should have very strong acid resistance. Generally, UV curing ink with special properties suitable for the processing technology is used.
Stamping process
Stainless steel products, especially stainless steel belt, are often processed by punch press. Stamping includes direct punching and drawing. Generally, if the hardness is lower than 1 / 2, drawing and bending are used. If the hardness is higher than 1 / 2, it will be hard. All of them are direct punching.
